CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to someone else who may be waiting. To honor both your time and ours, appointments canceled less than 24 hours of the scheduled start time — as well as no‑shows — will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. This policy helps ensure that we can continue to provide consistent, high‑quality care and availability for all clients!
